The presentation of the goods

Ordered goods are subject to the presentation to the customer to locate manufacturing defects or any signs of transport damage. Only after confirmation of lack of damage by the customer the goods are unpacked and installed / mounted in the customer premises.
Furniture subject to assembly are carefully assembled by a DTS team. The range of installation services includes the installation of seat backs, armrests, legs, sliding elements, handles etc.
Electronics / Appliances
In the case of the order of electronics / appliances by customer DTS employees will arange its proper installation and connection. The task of operational team is to ensure that customer will enjoy the use of delivered goods right after the service.

In the case of installation (including oversized goods), the operation team is setting up the equipment at the place designated by the customer so that the ordered goods could be used at the destination after the assembly / installation.
After the task is completed DTS employees get rid of all unnecessary packaging. It is up to the team to dispose to the container specified by the customer all cartons, foil, stretch and other undesirable waste produced in the process of unpacking.

For timely execution of orders we use the module of schedule planning for drivers. Our system automatically determines the optimal route combining the selected orders and suggests the order of delivery to the customer.

Methods of order registration
We also offer several ways of client's order registration. Depending on your preferences you can record them by: B2B Webservice, Call Center, at Customer Service Point and through Client Panel.
Our partners are offered with the possibility of integration with the customer system. Orders within DTS system are established automatically by the webservice called out by the customer. The entire data exchange takes place on-line. It is also possible to import orders with use of csv or xls file-sharing systems with the coordinator.
Orders can be accepted by telephone by employees of the Call Center. During the interview all the details of delivery are taken into account. CC staff are available 6 days a week. They provide clients with information and actively respond to any comments concerning the conduct of the order.
Customer Service Point
Orders can also be recorded in the DTS system by an employee of the Customer Service Point located in store of our partner. We provide comprehensive services and valuation of transport, assembly and installation orders.
The customer can register their transport order using the Client Panel. When ordering the service customer alone determines details such as date, time of implementation and also has the option to purchase additional services.
