Bringing goods

Unpacking

Unpacking the goods in the presence of the customer is a key element when reporting any complaints about purchased goods. Our staff will do it taking care not to damage the carried equipment but will take care of the comfort of the customer as well.

Small assembly

Small assembly service allows the customer to save time when small furniture elements such as handles, head rests, handrails, headboards etc. have been loosened by the manufacturer to transport the goods to the customer.

RTV installation

The delivered RTV equipment is installed and checked for proper functionality. Our employees carry out complex configuration of the ordered equipment so that the customer can enjoy it from the moment of delivery.

Appliances installation

Our specialists will take care of a comprehensive installation of household appliances. Remove any protection, will take care of the connection to the water, gas or sewage and configure it before first use if it's necessary.

Setting in a designated place

Ordered goods are set at indicated by the customer place regardless of the gauge. Our employees will make sure that the elements of the environment such as walls remained intact and the floor has not been scratched.

Throwing out needless packaging

As part of the home delivery service employees of DTS will take care of completion of packaging waste created in the process of unpacking and then throw them into municipal container designated by the customer.

Disposal of waste equipment

Our specialists will take care of the comfort of the customer taking away all worn out or unneeded equipment. Employees will take care of them by picking, elevation, transport and disposal in accordance with applicable standards.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery service is a convenient payment system prepared for customers who prefer to pay on delivery for the ordered goods. Our employees will complete all the formalities giving the customer all relevant documents of purchase.

SMS notification system

At every step of the order the customer is notified via text message about the current status of his order, the planned delivery date and exact time of delivery so you can plan your day freely.

Client Panel

A special panel allows you to not only track the current status of the order but also to be informed about the estimated time of delivery. It also shows the current GPS position and provides the necessary information such as pictures and details of employees implementing the order.

Step by Step

Delivery to
the indicated address

Team of two employees delivers the goods to the address specified in the order. This address can be adjusted by the customer through contact with the coordinator of the service. All contact details about the person serving the order are available in the Client Panel so that customer has complete freedom to communicate with the operating team.

Bringing regardless
of number of floors

DTS employees deliver the ordered goods, regardless of location or floor. It is on the operating team side all the organizational issues. If the destination building does not have elevators the workers will deliver the goods regardless of the floor at which they will have to provide it.

Unpacking
of delivered goods

Unpacking of the delivered goods by employees of DTS proceeds in a way to eliminate property damage. The right approach to the process is critical in the case of identifying manufacturing defects which are the basis of any complaint.

The presentation of the goods
to the customer

Ordered goods are subject to the presentation to the customer to locate manufacturing defects or any signs of transport damage. Only after confirmation of lack of damage by the customer the goods are unpacked and installed / mounted in the customer premises.

Furniture
assembly

Furniture subject to assembly are carefully assembled by a DTS team. The range of installation services includes the installation of seat backs, armrests, legs, sliding elements, handles etc.

Electronics / Appliances
installation

In the case of the order of electronics / appliances by customer DTS employees will arange its proper installation and connection. The task of operational team is to ensure that customer will enjoy the use of delivered goods right after the service.

Setting
in a designated place

In the case of installation (including oversized goods), the operation team is setting up the equipment at the place designated by the customer so that the ordered goods could be used at the destination after the assembly / installation.

Disposal of
unnecessary packaging

After the task is completed DTS employees get rid of all unnecessary packaging. It is up to the team to dispose to the container specified by the customer all cartons, foil, stretch and other undesirable waste produced in the process of unpacking.

Disposal
of the waste equipment

On request, the team will dispose all unnecessary furniture, electronics / appliances and then report them for recycling. Thanks to this customer can get rid of unwanted devices without leaving home.

The whole process of delivery is subject to rigorous quality control process surveyed through various communication channels. This ensures us that the work done by us is at the highest level and also allows us to eliminate errors in future supply.

Delivery form

After the completion of the service each of our clients is asked to complete a survey. It is a very important process for us because it allows to determine the level of satisfaction and the quality of our services. Thanks to it we can also improve our processes and eliminate errors.

SMS Control

We also send a short SMS message asking whether the client is satisfied with the service. In the message we ask to provide brief YES / NO information. In case of dissatisfaction of our clients with the service we immediately contact them to determine the reason and eliminate it in the future.

Delivery zones

Our system automatically determines the selected area of delivery and plans the route to the customer by determining the parameters required for valuation: a zone of delivery and the amount of the number of km beyond.

Delivery planning

For timely execution of orders we use the module of schedule planning for drivers. Our system automatically determines the optimal route combining the selected orders and suggests the order of delivery to the customer.

Raporty marketingowe

We also give an opportunity of preparing marketing reports from our system to our clients. Thanks to it they can know more about clients that make purchase.

Methods of order registration

We also offer several ways of client's order registration. Depending on your preferences you can record them by: B2B Webservice, Call Center, at Customer Service Point and through Client Panel.

B2B Webservice

Our partners are offered with the possibility of integration with the customer system. Orders within DTS system are established automatically by the webservice called out by the customer. The entire data exchange takes place on-line. It is also possible to import orders with use of csv or xls file-sharing systems with the coordinator.

Call Center

Orders can be accepted by telephone by employees of the Call Center. During the interview all the details of delivery are taken into account. CC staff are available 6 days a week. They provide clients with information and actively respond to any comments concerning the conduct of the order.

Customer Service Point

Orders can also be recorded in the DTS system by an employee of the Customer Service Point located in store of our partner. We provide comprehensive services and valuation of transport, assembly and installation orders.

Client Panel

The customer can register their transport order using the Client Panel. When ordering the service customer alone determines details such as date, time of implementation and also has the option to purchase additional services.

Business liability insurance

Business liability insurance against all risks of loss or damage of property during work to the amount of PLN 1 million.

Road carrier insurance

Road carrier liability insurance in national and international transport covers damages caused during transport involving the loss or damage of the consignment to the amount of PLN 3 million.

Forwarder's liability insurance

Forwarder's liability insurance covers all damage caused during the execution of the forwarding agreement involving the loss or damage of the consignment.

Our fleet

DTS Group has a fleet of more than 115 standardized vans from Mercedes Benz which performs every day transport services for its customers. All our cars are designed to carry delicate freight, requiring precise fastening during transport. Each vehicle is provided with:

• set of straps,
• blankets used to isolate individual elements,
• GPS, CB radio and other communication devices,
• anti-slip flooring,
• container body type.

We attach great importance to the security of cargo. The average age of our vehicles does not exceed 3 years. Our fleet and its state is regularly inspected at authorized service stations. In addition, our cars meet Euro 5 emissions standard.
